Walk & Talk

On edge about opening up? Thats ok, and completely understandable. Sometimes all you need is a walk and a chat. Walking provides the best of both worlds. It offers the physical benefits of exercise while also boosting your emotional well-being.

I understand how daunting it can be to open up or speak freely to a stranger, especially if it is the first time you have reached out for support. This is why I also offer clients the option to “Walk & Talk” suitable for teens, and adult therapy and coaching. It can also be included as part of your session just to get out and moving which helps to regulate the nervous

system, alongside the added bonus of fresh air and the release of feel good endorphins. Being outdoors and in nature is my happy place so I’m a real advocate for empowering others to do the same.
